Developmental disabilities are a group of disorders resulting from injury to the developing brain (prenatal, perinatal or postnatal).Developmental disabilities are a severe chronic disability that is attributed to a mental or physical impairment or a combination of both conditions. Broad definition of developmental disabilities included; mental retardation, cerebral palsy, communication disorders, learning disability, attention deficit hyperactive disorder and childhood autism. These disabilities can occur in isolation or in combination (multiple handicaps). Together developmental disabilities account for 10-15% of the population of children and associated with considerable burden of disease, physicalco-morbidities, high economic costs, and very poor quality of life (QOL).Modern medicine has very limited success in treatment of developmental disabilities due to multifactorial nature of these diseases. Ayurveda represents an ancient system of traditional medicine prevalent in India about 5000 years old. Medhya Rasayanas are group of medicinal plants described in Ayurveda to improve memory and intelligence. The Medhya rasayanas (herbal nootropic drugs) are beneficial to improve the power of retention, power of grasping, power of discrimination and power of recollection etc. In Charaka samhita mainly four medicinal plants mentioned as "Medhya Rasayanas".They are Mandukaparni (Centella asiatica) swarasa, Yastimadhu (Glycirrhiza glabra) churna, Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) swarasa and Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis) kalka. The recent article focuses on establishing a new potential of Medhya Rasayanas (herbal nootropic drugs) for treatment of developmental disabilities in children.

Recently, point mutations in the D crystalline gene have been connected to a number of hereditary cataracts in human's .Here; we present a mechanistic explanation for the lens opacity in two genetic cataracts and propose that the opacity results from the mutant proteins spontaneous crystallization. Justas each novel mutation reveals new information about the structural or functional biology of the affected gene, each newly identified gene adds to our understanding of the evolution and cellular biology of the lens. There is still much that needs to be learned through additional genetics research regarding the set of gene that are currently known to be connected to cataract, particularly for age- related cataract. The current challenge is to develop studies to lower the incidence of age - related cataract in the population using the new genetic knowledge. Clearly, researchers are racing to find the genes linked to a higher incidence of cataract. Direct gene therapy, however, may not be feasible in the near future to prevent the beginning of cataract since more study is required to identify the gene product, targets for intervention, and transport to the lens. This paper contains genetic information and how emerging trends play an important role in today's era. It include introduction part, age related factor and diagnosis.

India is one of the most sought-after locations for handicrafts because of the variety of cultures and artisans there. Saharanpur is known for its wooden objects, the North Western state of Rajasthan for Jaipuri quilts, Gujarat for embroidered items, and Narsapur for lace and lace material, Punjab for Phulkari, Jodhpur for wrought iron products, and so on. The handicraft sector is one of the most important employments in rural India. This business employs around 13 million craftspeople, the majority of whom are women and individuals from lower socioeconomic groups. Many craftsmen labour full-time and many work part-time to create these handcrafted goods. Several variables, including low initial investment, export potential, and foreign earnings, are fostering the expansion of this industry. However, the Indian handicrafts sector is very decentralized. India's handicraft market is expanding extremely steadily. Almost every five years, it doubles. India holds a 2% global market share in handmade goods. About 7-10 people drop their employment to go for other chances due to poor market forces and fake products in the area.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a little DNAvirus with peculiar characteristics like retroviruses. It belongs to the Hepadnaviridae family and is a verus prototype. The goal of treating chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is to permanently suppress HBV replication in order to prevent hepatic decomposition, liver cirrhosis, and/or hepato cellular carcinoma and lengthen survival because active hepatitis B virus (HBV) replication is the primary cause Of hepatic necro inflammation and disease progression. Hepatitis B can be treated with a variety of therapies like IFN based therapy, NUCs therapy. The necessity of HBV blood testing and subsequentanti-HBV vaccination in the prison population has been emphasized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. All prisoners were advised to get the vaccination, providing a chance to protect against HBV infection in a group at high risk. New information suggests that other biologic drugs, like tumournecrosis factor (TNF)-inhibitors, may also cause HBV reactivation.

CRISPR/Cas9 technology, a genetic modification tool developed from certain bacteria's defence mechanism against viruses and plasmids, brought genome editing back into the public eye in 2012. This approach is simple to employ and has been tested on a range of experimental models, including celllines, animals in the lab, plants, and even humans in clinical trials. The Cas9 nuclease is instructed to make a site-directed double-strand DNA break utilizing the short RNA molecule as a guide in the CRISPR/Cas9 system. This technology has advanced significantly in recent years, and it is now often used to edit the genome to add, remove, or modify certain genes. Additionally, CRISPR/Cas9-basedgene drive may have the ability to stop the spread of vector-borne illnesses. Although comprehensive testing is necessary to support these claims, the bacterial and archaeal adaptive immune systems may offer a therapeutic solution to previously incurable illnesses. using regard to disease modelling and therapy, we discuss current advances made using CRISPR/Cas9 in this review, as well as what future considerations should be made when utilizing this technology.
