Background : Plantar fasciitis (PF) is a typical heel pain that affects 10-15% of population across the globe. Davidson was pioneer to discuss the management of musculoskeletal disorders by using "augmented soft tissue mobilization (ASTM)". ASTM then modified and use of specifically designed solid instruments came in account known as "instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)". IASTM and improved limb function, speed up recovery by recruitment and activating the fibroblast. Goal of the present research was to find out the efficacy of IASTM in PF. Methods : Intervention was given in following steps: warm-up; IASTM performed at 30-600 angle for 40-120 seconds, 3 repetitions of stretches for 30 seconds followed by cryotherapy given for 10-20 minutes. Intervention was given for 2 weeks, 3 sessions per week. Pain, disability and ankle dorsi- flexion were assessed by using "visual analog scale (VAS)", "foot function index (FFI)" and range of motion respectively.

Radiotherapy is an appealing treatment option for prostate cancer and has a definite role in all stages of the disease. Over the last decade, breakthroughs in technology, imaging capabilities, and greater radiobiological understanding have profoundly revolutionized prostate cancer radiation, permitting dose escalation and widespread use of hypofractionation. Furthermore, the incorporation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and enhanced physical accuracy of dose administration have offered an impetus to target intraprostatic tumor lesions, which were previously agnostic to the standard radiation target definition concept. The accumulating results from randomised clinical trials and observational studies demonstrate that ultra-hypofractionation is a safe strategy, but further study is needed to evaluate its efficacy to normal fractionation. Since hypofractionation has yet to produce the theoretically envisioned enhanced biochemical control outcomes, there is continuous uncertainty about the correct alpha/beta ratio for prostate cancer. Finally, a newly published randomised experiment resolved an ongoing debate on the role of elective pelvic lymph node radiotherapy in patients with high-risk prostate cancer, demonstrating a definite advantage when pelvic nodes were treated to 50 Gy. The significance of partial gland dosage escalation/tumor boosting is developing, and additional data is required before this strategy can be used in routine clinical care.

The article analyses how big data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies are automating criminal justice and provides remedies to mitigate the threats posed by these systems. AI systems have improved how criminal justice systems operate and evaluate crime risk, but they also have significant implications for those systems. They cast doubt on core concepts in criminal justice like responsibility, fairness, transparency, and due process of law. The 'black box' effect is frequently caused by the technical sophistication of modern AI systems utilized in criminal justice contexts. Artificial neural networks (ANN) and active machine learning (AML) examples demonstrate how these technologies function without the need for human interaction. When utilized in legal contexts, where the defensibility of judgments and the transparency of the reasoning are crucial, AI systems must be transparent. This might conflict with fundamental freedoms.

The artificial intelligence is our future, it is important for us to be aware about it. AI was for the first time recognised in 1943 as artificial neurons. The research into AI increased by 50% from the year 2015- 2019. Basically, AI is an intelligence which is demonstrated by machines along with human help. Here we can say AI is the simulation of human intelligence. All countries are in race of AI.USA was prone to the research of AI but from 2019, China surpassed America in fields of AI. However, India stood at the ninth position regarding AI specialist working in the field. As AI grabs all the field like policy matters, agriculture , marketing, banking, health care, law and courts, etc. In the following research paper the international legal scenario between different countries is discussed. AI is growing its roots in the court system but people are scared to adopt it as they are concern about the risk in employment. USA is pre-awarded from technology as it was the first country to work in the research field. In India, Punjab and Haryana High Court was the first court to use AI in bail process. The developing and processing of AI and how it is freely emerging in the legal fields of both country. It discussed about the requirements for the development of AI. As Alvin Toffler once said, "Our technology powers increase, but the side effects and potential hazards also escalate." Racing technology has made computers and mobile phones an essential part of our daily lives, due to whichthere has been an increase in cyber crimes and litigations in the past decade. Artificial intelligence is the talk of the town and has been utilized for various purposes, let us say a car driven by Artificial intelligence causes an accident, who is to be held responsible? Artificial Intelligence has entered the domain which was exclusively reserved for human decision-making, while delivering solutions there may be differences of opinion between AI and human professionals. In order to avoid criminal liability of AI there is a necessity to assess the social, cultural, economic, and political effects of unsupervised AI algorithms. Ephemeralization has a profound effect on our economy and for further growth the education system must be aligned with AI and not always neglected. Ephemeralization is a term coined by U.S. visionary and philosopher Buckminster Fuller who used it to describe, "The tendency of technology to do more and more with less and less until eventually, you can do everything with nothing." Artificial Intelligence has made possible what was once a dream for many and still creating unbelievable advancements. Artificial Intelligence is a double-edged sword, with its convenience also comes the price which is to be paid.

With the availability of extensive health data, artificial intelligence has immense potential to accelerate medical discoveries and improve healthcare. The digitization of clinical histopathology services through the scanning and storage of pathology slides has opened up new possibilities for health care in recent years, especially as it brings opportunities for artificial intelligence (AI)-driven research. It is also set to improve medical practice soon. However, acknowledging that there is little scholarly debate on the ethics of digital pathology when used for AI research, this paper summarizes four key ethical issues to consider when deploying AI infrastructures in pathology, what is seen as such, namely, privacy, choice, equity, and trust. These arise from (1) the tension between artificial intelligence (AI) research-with its hunger for more and more data-and the default preference in data ethics and data protection law for the minimisation of personal data collection and processing; (2) the fact that digital pathology lends itself to kinds of data fusion that go against data ethics norms and some norms of bio banking; (3) the fact that AIM methods are esoteric and produce results that are sometimes unexplainable (the so-called 'black box' problem) and (4) the fact that digital pathology is particularly dependent on scanning technology manufacturers with interests of their own in profit-making from data collection. We shall suggest that most of these issues are resolvable.

The spontaneous growth of Artificial Intelligence by technology has overtime aided it. Indubitable usefulness, contribution, and Influences in human lives. All these Established definitions are channeled to the sole fact that artificial intelligent systems are designed to ease the workings of humans. Essentially the result of an operation performed by an intelligent system is not distinguishable from a process carried out by a human. Thus the relation of an intelligent system emanating from artificial intelligence, with humans cannot but include the rights of a human being when an intelligent system is in play. In other words "The manifestation of artificial intelligence will inevitably influence human rights-positively or adversely." Human rights are the Freedom, Liberty, Immunities or benefits which according to natural law, Modern values and International law, all human beings are Entitle to enjoy as a matter of right in the country or society in which they live. Human rights are the enables a person to continue his humanity. Without human Rights life is meaningless, worthless and a mere shadow. Some people call this artificial intelligence, but the reality is this technology will enhance us. So instead of artificial intelligence, I think we'll augment our intelligence."- Ginni Rometty. This research paper explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of intellectual property (IP). Using a case study approach, we examine how AI is being used in patent searches and copyright enforcement, and assess the potential benefits and challenges of these applications. Our findings indicate that AI can improve the efficiency and accuracy of prior art searches, as well as help identify potential cases of copyright infringement. However, we also highlight the need for human oversight and ethical considerations when using AI in IP, and discuss the potential implications of these technologies for the future of intellectual property. One area where AI has already had a significant impact on the IP sector is in the field of patent law. AI can be used to analyze large amounts of data and identify potential patent infringement cases. You could explore how AI is being used in patent law, the benefits and limitations of AI in this context, and the potential implications for patent attorneys and other professionals in the field.

This article describes technology as fascinating and rapidly evolving as wisdom. Artificial intelligence is a simulation of human intelligence by machines, especially computer systems. Specific applications of AI include artificial intelligence, natural language processing, speech recognition, and machine vision. Artificial intelligence (AI) has developed rapidly in recent years. AI capabilities will create pervasive and beneficial outcomes for individuals, organizations, and communities now and in the future. The article also provides information about data privacy and its laws. Confidentiality is generally about a person deciding when, how and to what extent their personal information is shared or discussed with others. This personal information could be a person's name, location, contact information, or online or real-world behavior. Privacy is considered a human right in many jurisdictions and data protection laws are in place to protect this right. Privacy is also important because for people to be willing to participate online, they must believe that their personal information will be protected and that it will not violate their fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 of the Indian constitution in the case of K.S. Puttaswamy v Union of India" (2017), also known as the Privacy Decision. There are many data protection practices and the Bureau of Indian Standards contributes to data privacy. Information Technology Act 2000 (IT Act), The Indian Penal Code 1860 and Indian Evidence Act 1872 are India's current data protection laws.

The changing time proved that evolution is a considerable requirement of the entire world and it is observed in different sectors out of those one is "Artificial Intelligence". Artificial Intelligence is the ability of machines or computer systems to perform tasks that would typically require human intelligence to complete. These tasks may include things like visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and natural language processing. In the earlier times there was no existence of internet and other technology, but now in the present era Artificial Intelligence is the technology, that is used to operate the technology itself and it is also taking away the roles of other individuals by performing tasks in just fraction of seconds. The Artificial Intelligence proved to be a valuable asset for mankind, but it has a side that could lead to massive destruction in the near future. It also refers to giving up technology its own ability to think and decide i.e. similar to that of the human beings. Artificial Intelligence is a mind boggling example of growth and development, but still it shouldn't be given more importance than the present roles of human beings.
