Abstract Image processing techniques are widely used in forensic laboratories for solving crime cases easily. Forensic image processing (FIP) involves the computer restoration and enhancement of surveillance imagery. Digital Image processing is the most advanced techniques used by forger for fabrication of documents, anyway there is constantly opposite sides of a coin, the forensic image processing methods where used for fabrication of documents also open avenues for detection of tampering in any digital documents. Sometimes crime scenes are recorded in surveillance cameras and may be useful for investigation. In this paper we explained the technique of digital image processing with Matlab in detection of fabrication or any tampering of digital image which is used as fabricated document.

Abstract It is indicated by study that unnumbered accidents on roads happens every day due to bad weather or poor visibility generally in foggy environment. So finding a solution for it has become necessity. Here a technique is discussed to abate number of accident occurring due to foggy conditions. Generally infrared camera and LI-DAR are used for better visibility. Due to foggy condition, received image is blurring or not clear. So to make them clearly visible, Thresholding technique is used .Here, with camera, the low cost device LI-DAR is also used to measure distance and generate warning accordingly. This system is accurate and fast as coded in python language.

Abstract The term „Empowerment? is frequently heard today all over the world which means give the authority or power to do something or make stronger and more confident, especially in controlling in their life and claiming their rights. Women Empowerment refers to increasing and improving political, social, educational, gender and economic strength and guarding them against all forms of violence. The empowerment of women has become the most major concern in the 21st century. Before Independence, literacy rate for male and female was 24.9% and 7.3% is respectively. But now as per the census of 2011, the literacy rate for the male is 82.14% and for a female is 65.46%. India has shown an increase in its literacy rates since independence. It has been observed that education is a key for human resource development and is essential for the country?s economic growth and also helps in empowering women. The Indian Government owe to initiate the schemes and some of them are Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” (Save the daughter, educate the daughter), Support to Training and Employment Programme, and Nai Roshni. Government initiates alone would not be sufficient to achieve these schemes. Society must take initiative to create such a climate in which there is no gender discrimination and women full opportunities of self-decision making and participating in social and political, the economic life of the country with equality. It is concluded that women could be empowered by providing right acquisition of vocational skills and through this poverty and unemployment will reduce among women and invest more resources to identify and design effective, context-specific strategies to promote gender equality.

Abstract In high speed wireless communications, Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) has become a prominent technique which is resistant to frequency selective fading than single carrier systems. OFDM is a technique that is used primarily to transmit high bit rate over multiple sub-channels at lower data rates. Because of the high data rate and the robustness against multipath fade, the OFDM method has been widely adopted in many wireless communication systems. OFDM is one of the most attractive multi-carrier configuration schemes for 4G wireless communication systems. OFDM is more advantageous than other technologies but although it has some drawbacks also. Major difficulty in OFDM is Peak Average Power Ratio (PAPR) which leads to non-linearity at receiving end. This paper suggests some techniques to reduce PAPR and gives a comparative study of these techniques used. These techniques include amplitude clipping, partial transmit sequence (PTS), selected mapping (SLM), block coding and Complement Modulus Algorithm (CMA).

Abstract Crime is a behavior disorder that is an incorporated result of social, monetary and environmental elements. Crimes are social, nuisance and cost our society dearly in several ways. Any research that could assist in solving crimes faster pays for itself. On this undertaking, we examine use of lacking fee and clustering set of rules for crime facts the use of information mining. We will have a look at SVM set of rules (Linear and Non-Linear), Random Forest, Decision Tree & K-Means algorithms with some upgrades to useful resource inside the manner of filling the lacking price and identity of crime styles. We carried out those strategies to actual crime facts from a city police branch. We have used supervised learning technique as well as unsupervised learning method right here for knowledge discovery from the crime statistics and to help boom the predictive accuracy. Gadget getting to know have grown to be an important a part of crime detection and prevention. The goal of this paper is to use gadget mastering strategies to categorise a criminal incident through kind, depending on its incidence at a given time and location.

Abstract The role of MIS in an organization can be compared to the role of heart in the body. The information is blood and MIS is the heart. In the body the heart play the role of supplying pure blood to all the element of the body including the brain. The MIS play exactly the same role in organization. The system ensure that an appropriate data is collected from various resources such online resources and off line resources and processed with meaning full information and send further to all the needy destination area of an organization. The system is expected to fulfill the information needs of individual and a group of individual the management functionaries and top management

Abstract The term of gender gap refer to the significant under representation of females in many areas. Despite the recent progress in various fields still the gender gap is the greatest challenge in the CS world. The involvement of women in CS field still not in uniformity of expectation. It is not a universal problem but around the world, in many countries the participation of the women in CS field is very low, such as according to STEM education in Algeria (North African Country) only 41% females graduate in the field of CS, while in the US that number was only 18%. In this paper we just focus on gender gap in the field of computer science. Based on the qualitative research we draw some preliminary conclusions that the negative attitude of women about CS remains active due to the influence of socio- psychological or pushed by their parents to go into CS field for socio-economic reasons. Gender equality and normal work conditions for both men and women are prime factors for functioning of any normal society and settling the gender inequality in any field may strengthen the socio-scientific development.

Abstract E-Learning system is based on formal teaching but with the help of electronic resources outside of a traditional classroom. In this, the degree, course or program is delivered online. The term communication is defined as the exchanging of views by speaking, writing or using some other means. One of the most precious gifts to a human being is an ability to see, listen, speak and respond according to the situations. But about nine billion people in the world are deaf and dumb, so Communications between deaf-mute people have always been a challenging task. In this paper we will discuss a new and enhanced method of teaching for deaf and dumb students that is e-learning.

A data warehouse is a repository for all data which is collected by an organization in various operational systems; it can be either physical or logical. It is a subject oriented integrated time variant and nonvolatile collection of data in support of management decision making process. Data ware housing is a booming industry with many interesting research problem. The data warehouse is concentrated on only few aspects. Here we are discussing about the data warehouse design and usage. Let’s look at various approaches to the data ware house design and usage process and the steps involved. Data warehouse can be built using a bottom up approach, top down approach or a combination of both. In this research paper we are discussing about the data warehouse design process.
